– The pages are in “duplex” order – i.e. you should print page 2 on the reverse of page 1 (ensuring the same vertical orientation), page 4 on the reverse of page 3 and so on.

– When printed, cut out the pages using the cutting guidelines provided, and ensure you fold each page in the correct direction. You may find it easiest to start with the spread that includes the cover and work your way forward.

– The pages are designed to be placed one inside the other, rather than each spread placed consecutively.
